If you have a technical issue please complete the contact form and be sure to describe your issue in detail so we can reproduce it, attach your most recent log file, and detail your version of Windows .


Your most recent log file can be found in the ActiveWords user data folder: “C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\ActiveWords 4\Logs\.”


To access the Logs folder:


  1. Copy this path: %appdata%\ActiveWords 4\Logs
  2. Press “Win-r”
  3. Press “Ctrl-v” then “Enter”
  4. Drag the most recent “ActiveWords.log” file to the support ticket.
