The ActiveWords Shared WordBase

ActiveWords ENTERPRISE includes use of the Shared WordBase Manager. You can maintain one or more Shared WordBases, post them to a server, and define any or all ActiveWords ENTERPRISE clients to share the content.

An administrator can easily create and maintain one or more Shared WordBases for posting to the network.

Each ActiveWords client has simultaneous access to both a personalized local WordBase and all defined shared WordBases.

Each Shared WordBase can present Directories to the user. For example, a user who wants to know about "benefits" can  trigger the word and be presented with a Directory of relevant links from the Shared WordBase (401k, health, vacation, etc.).

Users can search a Shared WordBase as well as the local WordBase.

Shared WordBases are "read only" to the ActiveWords client, assuring accuracy and consistency.
