Make sure at least ONE of the ActiveWords in the list has the name
"default" - including the double quotes. This is the special
ActiveWord that determines Knowledge Access behavior.
Right-click on an item in the Directory window and select 'Edit' to change the
assigned ActiveWord. (Note that an information service is already established
with the "default" ActiveWord.)
Note that you can assign the "default" ActiveWord to multiple
selections. In this case you will receive a Directory of choices when using
to find the information service(s) that best fits your needs.
